Job Description

The HR Officer / HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and employee management across the organisation.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential HR information.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HR administration and record-keeping
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR databases and employee files
• Coordinate training, medicals, and performance reviews
• Ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date
• Provide payroll support where required
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Previous payroll experience (Advantage)
• Experience in mining industry (Advantage)
• Familiarity with MIE portals (Advantage but not required)
