Job Overview
Amasiko Group is hiring a Fire Fighting Facilitator Job Johannesburg 2026 to support the delivery of Fire Fighting and Fire & Rescue training programmes.
The successful candidate will train learners in both theoretical and practical firefighting skills, ensuring compliance with QCTO standards and industry requirements.
About the Role
This position focuses on delivering professional fire and rescue training, assessing learners, and ensuring all programme outcomes meet industry safety and competency standards.
The facilitator will play a key role in preparing learners for real-world emergency response environments.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 2–5 years firefighting experience
- Practical exposure to:
- Fire suppression
- Rescue operations
- Emergency response
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Municipal fire departments
- Private fire services
- Industrial emergency response units
- Facilitator / Training Certificate
- Assessor Certificate
- Moderator Certificate (advantageous)
- Willingness to obtain missing certifications if required
