Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control receiving/sales of meal coupons
  • Prepare accurate monthly reconciliation of meal coupons
  • Manage daily meal bookings and maintain records
  • Complete all timesheets and time registers
  • Complete and submit staff HR-related forms to HR
  • Filing of all section documentation
  • Receipting of invoices
