JLL is seeking a professional and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join their Johannesburg team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience, ensuring all visitors and clients receive a welcoming and memorable interaction.

Job Description

As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, you will manage both internal and external visitor interactions while maintaining high standards across reception, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class front desk and visitor experience
  • Manage guest sign-ins, badging, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Handle calls, emails, and reception communication professionally
  • Assist visitors, clients, and staff with directions and support
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Coordinate with security, cleaning, and facilities teams
  • Manage booking systems (Outlook, SharePoint, meeting rooms)
  • Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Support administrative and facilities-related tasks

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in reception, concierge, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a professional corporate environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, booking systems, MS Office)
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or catering
  • Exposure to Facilities Management
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
