About the Role

Stallion is seeking an experienced and qualified Learnership Facilitator to deliver security training programmes across Johannesburg and Pretoria.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong facilitation, assessment, and compliance experience within the security sector.

Job Title: Learnership Facilitator

As a Learnership Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering accredited training programmes, assessing learners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as PSIRA, SASSETA, and QCTO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training programmes (PSIRA Grades E to A and QCTO/SASSETA aligned)
  • Deliver classroom, practical, and workplace-based training
  • Conduct formative and summative assessments
  • Support moderation and verification processes
  • Conduct PSIRA examinations and learner evaluations
  • Maintain learner portfolios of evidence (POEs) and attendance registers
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and learner support
  • Ensure audit readiness and accreditation compliance
  • Submit weekly and monthly training reports
  • Track certification expiry dates and assist with renewals
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding training requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Facilitator Certification (ETDP or equivalent)
  • Registered Assessor (Mandatory)
  • PSIRA Registration (Minimum Grade B)

Advantageous

  • Moderator registration
  • Firearm Instructor / Regulation 21 experience

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ training facilitation experience (security or compliance sector)
  • Experience with learnerships and POE development
  • Strong understanding of:
    • PSIRA
    • SASSETA
    • SAQA
    • QCTO frameworks
