Job Title: Griller
As a Griller, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Pedros’ quality, safety, and presentation standards.
Job Description
You will support kitchen operations by ensuring food is prepared efficiently, safely, and consistently while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and grill chicken and menu items
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report issues
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and reduce waste
- Clean grills, utensils, and workstations regularly
- Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies
Minimum Requirements
- Previous kitchen or grilling experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
