Job Summary
Kia South Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Bookkeeper to join the IMF Retail Head Office team under the Motus Corporation group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant bookkeeping services, ensuring all financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports are processed according to company policies, accounting standards, and legislative requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong financial acumen, automotive industry experience, and a passion for structured financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Head Office admin fee charges to dealers
- Handle invoicing for partners (Motor Happy, Centriq, MFS)
- Loan account management and reconciliations
- BEE and ESD compliance checking
- Prepare health & safety report consolidations
- Loan vehicle schedule checking and consolidation
- Recon file preparation and verification
- VAT submissions for Importer Multi Franchise Retail Group
- Assist with bank payment loading
- Asset register maintenance and asset counts
- Month-end support and income statement finalisation
- Retail creditors and debtors management
- Expense claims processing
- General administrative and financial support duties
Minimum Requirements
- Matric with Accounting and Mathematics
- Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in the automotive industry
