Programme Overview
Gijima is recruiting 20 unemployed youth for a 12‑month National Certificate in IT: System Support NQF Level 5 Learnership based in Polokwane. The programme is aimed at young people entering the workplace who require Systems Support / Networking skills.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Skills

• Completed Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics and English.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Employment & Study Status

• Currently unemployed.
• Not participating in any other learnership or internship.
• Not studying at any institution (including distance learning).

Personal & Legal Requirements

• No criminal record.
• Must live in the greater Polokwane area (relocation is not an option).
• Under 35 years of age as at 1 January 2026.
• South African citizen.

Competencies / Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good problem‑solving ability.
• Customer service orientated.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work well in a team.
