This is a work-based learning programme for unemployed youth who want to build a career in financial services. You’ll gain hands-on experience at OUTsurance – one of South Africa’s leading insurance companies – while studying towards a recognised qualification. This is a learnership agreement, not a permanent employment contract.

WORKING HOURS & SCHEDULE
This learnership has a fixed shift pattern. You must be available for:
- Friday to Monday: 9 hours per day
- Saturday: 8 hours
- Sunday: 5 hours
- Days off: Two weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Training day: One weekday is dedicated to classroom training on-site
Note about public holidays: You’ll work on South African public holidays if you’re scheduled, except for UK holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African ID
- Matric certificate
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Unemployed for the last 6 months
- NOT previously on an INSETA learnership
