Internship Opportunity | Unemployed Learner – Risk & Compliance

Location: Life Healthcare Head Office, Dunkeld, Johannesburg
Duration: 12 Months
Stipend: R6,000 per month

Life Healthcare invites applications from suitably qualified unemployed graduates for an Internship in the Risk and Compliance disciplines. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and driven young graduate who is eager to gain practical workplace experience while developing essential business and professional skills within a leading healthcare organisation.

The internship will be registered with the HWSETA and will provide exposure to Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Privacy functions at Group level.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Under the age of 35
  • Unemployed

Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in:

  • Risk Management
  • Compliance Management
  • Financial Management
  • Business Management (or related field)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Risk Manager and Group Compliance Lead
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Risk Management, Compliance, and Privacy frameworks
  • Support the implementation of risk and compliance strategies across the Group
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance teams
  • Work closely with Senior Enterprise Risk Managers and the Privacy Officer
