BPO Skills Academy Contact Centre Agent Learnership 2026 – AI-Enabled Training

The BPO Skills Academy is recruiting learners, including persons living with disabilities, to train as Contact Centre Agents with future-proof AI-enabled skills. This is a 6-month skills development programme combining training, work placement, and a fixed-term employment opportunity.

Programme Overview:

  • Qualification: Contact Centre Operations NQF Level 3 (40 credits)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Format: Training + work placement + fixed-term employment
  • Focus: AI-enhanced customer service experience

This programme is ideal for unemployed youth passionate about customer service and AI, but who lack formal experience or qualifications.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have a Matric Certificate (English & Mathematics / Mathematical Literacy)
  • Must be between 18–35 years old
  • Youth not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) are encouraged to apply
  • Females and persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must be willing to commit to the full 6-month programme
  • Must have a passion for customer service and AI
