Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Coordinator with advanced Excel skills to manage and support the full contract lifecycle process.

This role focuses on maintaining accurate contract data, tracking renewals, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring all contract-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Data Management

  • Capture, update, and maintain contract and customer records
  • Ensure data accuracy across service agreements and entitlements
  • Maintain records for locations, equipment, and service changes

Contract Renewal Management

  • Track and manage contract renewal timelines
  • Ensure renewal actions are completed on time
  • Identify risks and escalate delays early

Vendor & Operational Support

  • Request and manage vendor quotations
  • Support back-to-back contract renewals
  • Track associated costs and documentation

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate renewal schedules and contract reports
  • Maintain ACV and MRR reporting accuracy
  • Support financial and commission validation

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Required)
  • Advanced Excel skills (MUST-HAVE)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Excellent administrative and data handling skills

Advantageous Skills

  • SAP experience
  • Cisco product knowledge
  • 1+ year experience in contract management or renewals
