The successful candidate will support the finance department by managing creditor invoices, reconciliations, and payment processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Creditors Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Capturing creditor invoices according to company guidelines
  • Ensuring all invoices are approved by the relevant manager
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts
  • Sending remittance advices for supplier payments
  • Monitoring creditor age analysis and resolving outstanding balances
  • Allocating creditor payments accurately
  • Processing recovery invoices with supporting documentation
  • Performing monthly reconciliations
  • Uploading BEE certificates and updating supplier information
  • Handling ad hoc journals and finance-related tasks
  • Capturing wage invoices into the system
  • Performing daily reconciliations (TMS vs QSA Diesel reports)

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this Creditors Administrator job at Reinhardt Transport, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (compulsory)
