Ekurhuleni West TVET College invites suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of Data Capturer at Kempton Campus.
Minimum Requirements / Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12;
- National Diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent;
- 0–1 years’ appropriate experience;
- Knowledge of data capturing;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Understanding of application and interpretation of office management;
- Knowledge of ITS.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Capturing of marks;
- Capturing timetables;
- Capturing attendance registers;
- Printing of registers;
- Capturing and updating data accurately;
- Customer service and attending to general enquiries;
- Answering telephone calls;
- Assisting with registration;
- Knowledge of finance;
- Report writing;
- Working with ITS as required.

- Original certified copy of Matric Certificate;
- Original certified copies of all qualifications (evaluated by DHET & SAQA if foreign);
- Original certified copy of Identity Document (front and back if ID card);
- Original certified copy of driver’s licence (front and back);
- Original certified copy of academic record/transcript.
