Position: Internship Opportunity (Graduate/Final-Year Student)

Purpose of the Function
To provide a graduate with broad exposure across the AVK business through planned rotations in key departments. The intern will support day-to-day activities and small projects in each area, gaining a practical understanding of how AVK operates end-to-end and how commercial decisions are made.
Qualifications
Applicants must be a final-year student or recent graduate in one of the following (or a related field):
- Business / Commerce / Marketing / Management
- Industrial Engineering / Operations Management
Additional requirement: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills and Experience
- Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to organise work, manage time and follow through on tasks
- Able to work accurately with numbers and documentation
- Any project work, vacation work or leadership experience during studies will be an advantage

- Curious, open-minded and eager to learn across different functions
- Adaptable and comfortable working with different teams and managers
- Professional, reliable and willing to take initiative
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in planned rotations through departments such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and related support functions
- Assist host departments with general administrative tasks, data capturing and basic reporting
- Support small projects or improvement initiatives (e.g., process mapping, simple data analysis, follow-ups)
- Compile simple summaries or presentations of findings and learnings from each rotation
- Build an understanding of AVK’s products, customers and internal processes during the internship period
