Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Vodacom Early Careers Programmes 2027, applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen by birth (or permanent resident where applicable for the Graduate Programme)
  • Have less than two years of work experience after completing studies
  • Have obtained a minimum average of 65%
  • Hold or be completing a Bachelor’s Degree (BCom, BSc or BTech) (NQF Level 7)

A three-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will only be considered in:
