Tshireletso Multi-Skills and Training is looking for a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage the end-to-end tender process—identifying opportunities, preparing bid documentation, ensuring compliance, and submitting tenders on time.

Purpose of the Role
The Tender Administrator will manage the tender process from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all tender submissions are complete, compliant, professionally presented, and submitted within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Sourcing and Monitoring
- Monitor government and private sector portals (e.g., e-Tenders) for new tender opportunities and RFQs
- Identify suitable bid opportunities aligned to company capability
Bid Preparation
- Compile and format tender documentation (technical, commercial, and administrative sections)
- Ensure supporting documents are included, such as B-BBEE certificates, tax compliance documents, and company profiles
Compliance Management
- Review tender requirements to ensure full compliance with client specifications and internal standards
- Check that all forms, pricing schedules, and annexures are correctly completed
Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date tender register (deadlines, submission status, outcomes)
- Track results and assist with won/lost reporting for improvement
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with estimating, operations, and finance teams to gather information for pricing and technical submissions
Submission
- Ensure on-time electronic or physical submission according to the tender instructions and delivery requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce – highly preferred
- Experience:
- 1–3 years experience (Junior) in tender administration or procurement support (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills:
- Strong Excel skills (costing/cost analysis support)
- Strong Word skills (formatting and tender packs)
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and tender legislation (e.g., PFMA / Treasury Regulations) is an advantage
