Curtains & Blinds Doctor is a growing Curtains and Blinds shop in Pretoria Central. We are looking for a dedicated HR/Manager to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring staff organization, compliance, and a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Industrial Organizational Psychology preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and South African labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience
- Valid driver’s license
