Curtains & Blinds Doctor is a growing Curtains and Blinds shop in Pretoria Central. We are looking for a dedicated HR/Manager to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring staff organization, compliance, and a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Industrial Organizational Psychology preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes and South African labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience
  • Valid driver’s license
