Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Guest Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data, supporting office operations, and delivering excellent customer service to guests.

You will handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions while providing a professional and welcoming experience to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Data Management

  • Enter, update, and retrieve information from computer systems and databases
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
  • Prepare documents such as letters, reports, and memos
  • Compile, sort, and organize records of office activities

Communication & Customer Service

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and within 3 rings
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Handle messages, transfers, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with their needs

Office Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Operate office equipment (printer, fax, photocopier, etc.)
  • Support daily office operations and team activities

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff and guests
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of related administrative or customer service experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
