Executive Assistant (Remote) – South Africa Only
Viva is offering an exciting fully remote Executive Assistant opportunity for candidates based in South Africa.
This is not a traditional assistant role — you will act as a strategic partner to startup CEOs, helping them scale businesses, improve productivity, and make high-impact decisions.

What You Will Do
- Support up to 3 startup executives
- Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and travel
- Handle administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with internal projects and reporting
- Improve workflows and business processes
- Identify problems and offer solutions proactively
- Help CEOs save time and scale faster
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools)
- Confident, independent, and responsible
