The intern will be placed at Life The Glynnwood Hospital with basic financial and administrative duties. This opportunity is only open to individuals who have graduated, the duration of the internship is for a fixed period of 12 months.
POSITION : Finance/Administration
FACILITY : Life the Gylnwood
DUTIES :
- Payment and allocation of remittances
- Perform daily cash books.
- Coding and allocation of payments and receipts in the cashbook.
- Reconciling of payments/ remittances
- Processing of journals
- Month-end processes
- Working with collection teams to secure payments of overdue accounts
- Working with call centre teams to recover overdue debt.
- Assisting with administrative tasks where needed
REQUIREMENTS :
- BCom or equivalent finance/accounting qualification.
- Basic understanding Microsoft Applications
