Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Administration
- Employee Relations and Performance Support
- Compliance and Governance (Labour Law, OHS, DHET, SETA where applicable)
- Training, Development and Employee Wellness
- Policy Development, Review and Process Improvement
- HR Reporting, WSP & ATR submissions
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR principles and South African labour legislation
- Working knowledge of OHS compliance and HR reporting
- Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-driven approach
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar role
