Programme Overview

The ICASA Graduate Development Programme is a twenty-four (24) month intensive development programme commencing in 2026. The programme provides an opportunity for qualified graduates to gain valuable practical workplace experience and theoretical training while earning a salary—helping build a foundation for a successful career.

Graduates are supported by a structured coaching environment. Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis, and guidance is provided throughout the programme.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have completed a three (3) year degree in one of the following fields from a recognised institution of higher learning:
    Finance, Accounting, or Management Accounting
