Programme Overview
The ICASA Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month intensive development programme commencing in 2026. It provides qualified graduates with the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and theoretical training, while earning a salary—building a strong foundation for a career in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.
Graduates will be supported by a structured coaching environment. Performance will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, with support provided throughout the programme, including career guidance for future endeavours.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed a three (3) or four (4) year undergraduate degree in one of the following fields:
Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Data Science
