Programme Purpose

The National Treasury 24‑month Internship Programme provides unemployed graduates with the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, enhance their skills and apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment.

Remuneration: Internship stipend (Internship Programme salary level)

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Graduates must have completed at least a 3‑year Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in one or more of the following fields:

• Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics

Key Performance / Learning Areas
Successful interns will be placed within relevant units of the National Treasury, where detailed learning areas and responsibilities will be explained and aligned to their qualifications and career interests.
