Who Can Apply for Santam Learnership 2026
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 50% in English
- Minimum 40% Mathematics OR 60% Mathematical Literacy
- South African citizen
- Age between 18 – 28 years
- Unemployed at time of application
- Not currently studying at any institution
- No previous insurance learnership experience (INSETA)
- Less than 1 year work experience
Applicants with post-matric qualifications (Diploma or Degree) do not qualify.
