Sasol, a global integrated chemicals and energy company with over 75 years of excellence, is inviting applications for the position of Clerk based in Secunda, Mpumalanga. This role forms part of the Operations and Office Support (OME) team and supports the Management of Change (MOC) process through efficient administrative and clerical services.
Purpose of the Role
To provide professional clerical and administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Management of Change (MOC) process within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day office and clerical support
- Coordinate and implement MOC procedures
- Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and prepare presentations
- Ensure compliance with Sasol systems, safety, and risk standards
- Support financial planning, cost control, and resource management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Meet deadlines, quality standards, and performance targets
- Promote SHER (Safety, Health, Environment & Risk) objectives
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / School Diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years relevant administrative or clerical experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in office administration systems
