Programme Overview

SPAR is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the National Certificate: Supply Chain Management Level 5 Learnership at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre for the 2026/27 intake.

This 12-month learnership programme is designed to equip learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in supply chain and logistics operations within a leading retail distribution environment. Successful candidates will gain valuable industry exposure while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Currently unemployed
  • Not studying towards another qualification
  • Aged between 18 and 34 years
  • South African citizen
