Worldwide Positions has an excellent opportunity for a skilled Internal Sales Administrator within an environment supplying cutting-edge printing and data capture solutions (e.g., barcode scanners, mobile computers, label printers, RFID readers).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to the sales and internal sales teams.
• Prepare professional documents and presentations for clients.
• Manage sales enquiries, quotes, and orders from start to finish.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A minimum of 2 years of internal sales or sales support experience gained in an IT environment.
• Previous experience dealing with corporate accounts.
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SYSPRO experience is highly advantageous.
