Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Support: Assist senior analysts with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders.
• Process Modelling: Help model and design business processes and workflows using standard techniques.
• Analysis & Research: Support research into business problems and potential solutions within a project context.
• SDLC Involvement: Apply understanding of ICT Systems-Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models to support project phases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Documentation: Observe and accurately record findings from requirements gathering sessions and workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: National Certificate in Business Analysis Support Practice (NQF Level 5, SAQA ID 63769) OR similar foundational qualification in Business Analysis/ICT.
• Advantageous: Exposure to any core unit standards such as:
  • SAQA 115395: Apply and explain the generic business process and value chain model.
  • SAQA 258835: Model and design business processes and workflow.
  • SAQA 115358: Apply information gathering techniques for computer system development.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, effective communication, logical thinking, and a keen desire to learn.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a business systems environment, ICT support, or a related role. Fresh graduates with the right qualification are encouraged to apply.
