The MICT SETA is inviting applications for the position of Administrator: Learning Programmes.

Job Purpose
The successful candidates will provide administrative support to the Learning Programmes unit, ensuring efficient operations while delivering excellent client service. You will also support the implementation of MICT SETA’s strategy in skills development.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in:
- Education
- Human Resources Development
- Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ administration experience
- At least 1 year experience in skills development
- Knowledge of:
- SETA legislation
- Office management procedures
- Basic accounting principles

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Key Responsibilities
Information & Data Administration
- Validate and audit learner data and reports
- Ensure accuracy of QMR and SETMIS data
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Manage learner registrations and documentation
Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work long hours when required
- Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities
Information & Data Administration
- Validate and audit learner data and reports
- Ensure accuracy of QMR and SETMIS data
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Manage learner registrations and documentation
Learning Programmes Administration
- Administer discretionary grants
- Track payments, invoices, and commitments
- Maintain registers and reconcile learner data
- Assist with approvals and documentation
Risk & Compliance
- Support audits and compliance processes
- Prepare audit samples and documentation
- Implement audit findings within deadlines
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Customer Service & Liaison
- Handle queries from stakeholders and DHET
- Support training providers with documentation
- Provide timely responses and escalate issues
